Refund policy

In case you receive any defective, damaged or incorrect product, you shall be eligible to request for return (either an exchange or refund) within 48 hours of receiving the order.

To complete your exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the images of the product highlighting the damage to help us authenticate the damage claim. Please send the necessary details on info@undertone.co.in.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup for you and shall keep you updated via SMS or call. In case of an exchange, no extra delivery charges will be applied.

The refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
