1. Payment Terms

a) All payments must be made in full before order processing begins.

b) Orders will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

c) We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, etc.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

a) All gifting products are made to order, ensuring exclusivity and high-quality craftsmanship.

b) Standard production time is 10-12 business days from the date of payment confirmation.

c) Bulk orders or complex customizations may require additional time. Customers will be informed in advance.

d) Express orders may be accommodated based on feasibility, subject to additional charges.

3. Personalization & Customization

a) Personalization is available for all gifting orders.

b) Custom text, logos, and design requests must be shared at the time of placing the order.

c) Please note that slight color variations may occur between the digital design preview and the final printed product due to differences in screen display and printing processes.

d) Once personalization details are submitted and approved, changes cannot be made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

a) Orders will be dispatched only after the production timeline is completed.

b) Standard shipping timelines vary based on location and courier services.

c) Undertone is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as courier issues, weather disruptions, or strikes.

d) Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is shipped.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

a) As all gifting products are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or cancellations once production has started.

b) In case of damage during transit, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images/videos of the damaged product. Resolutions will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

c) Refunds will not be issued for minor color variations or slight design differences due to the handmade nature of products.
